A spectacular circulating coin - that no longer really circulates - the USA John F Kennedy Half Dollar first came into being in 1964, following the assassination of the then President. Measuring 30.6mm in diameter, it is a large circulating coin, and features JFK on one side, and the iconic USA Eagle seal on the other. These are surprisingly spectacular coins, and among my personal favourite in the world.
Available here taken from official US Mint rolls, the 2015 JFK Half Dollar is available as a pair with a D for Denver mintmark on one coin, and a P for Philadelphia mintmark on the other.
