Initially released by Playmates in 1994, Skeleton Warriors had a Saturday morning cartoon on CBS and a comic book by Marvel—but the dark themes of the line were out-of-place in the bright coloured 1990s toy aisles, and Skeleton Warriors was cancelled after only 1 series of figures. This cancellation came despite the fact that some amazing toys, including a huge bone dragon, were planned for wave 2 and beyond.
Dr. Cyborn is the “evil cyber-scientist” of the Skeleton Warriors! He is an updated figure of a character that was initially part of the 1994 vintage Skeleton Warriors toy line. He comes with his acid-blaster, skull pistol, hand-held blaster, mace, 7 different hands, and wired soft goods cape.
