For the FIRST TIME EVER, an Australian Sovereign coin has been minted in silver. In gold, the Sovereign is known as "Chief coin of the World" and is among the most traditional with roots tracing back to the 1400s in Britain. In silver, within Australia, the coin is UNPRECEDENTED.
Never before issued, this Australian coin matches its golden sibling in almost every way - featuring the St George & Dragon design, the silver sovereign measures 22.5mm in diameter and weighs roughly one quarter of an ounce.
A Brilliant coin, The Perth Mint has made the St George Sovereign accessible to all. Or, well... its accessible to those that act immediately.
A sell-out of this first time silver sovereign, priced at less than $80, is an absolute certainty. Do not hesitate.
