Released almost exclusively to the Japanese collector community, the set is (as always) HEAVILY RESTRICTED outside of the country. Just 492 of the 28,000 Japan 2026 Year of the Horse Mint Sets will emerge into the rest of the world. That's a tiny amount (less than two percent!) for such a great value collector set.
