Fittingly, for this first up issue, the Mint has utilised the classic Phillip Nathan design featuring Britannia standing proud on the British shore, trident in hand.
Each official UK, one ounce, 99.9% pure silver coin also features a number of anti-forgery devices, including a picosecond inscribed wave-pattern, micro text border, and a latent image security mark.
