Paying tribute to the life of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the Royal Canadian Mint have produced a a unique version of their Polar Bear $2 coin with a sombre black outer ring. A first for the Mint, the black ringed coin has entered circulation but, for collectors, has been made available in a Special Wrap Mint Roll of 25 coins, for a limited period.
