Now in its 29th year, the Royal Australian Mint's Kangaroo series has changed its design style many times over nearly three decades - sometimes the change is year to year! - and, in 2022, that change comes again. Honouring the so-called Heidelberg School or, the Australian Impressionist movement.
Struck to the same specs since inception in 1993 and, indeed, the first Proof version in 1998, the RAM's Kangaroo series is one of the longest collector issues in Australia. Each 2022 issue is part of a limited mintage of 5,000 and is housed in a presentation case.
