A unique annual issue in Australia - and one of few across the world - the Royal Australian Mint's annual Tetra-decagon (14-sided) Lunar coin series has proven tremendously popular since inception in 2012! In the early years of release - 2012 & 2013 - the coin was available locally in the familiar red folder... However, in Europe and Asia, the Royal Australian Mint's 50c coin was packaged in a perspex frame in the shape of Australia!
The Year of the Snake coin was the 3rd in the series and here, is available in the original Australia-shaped Perspex frame, inside a Royal Australian Mint box.
