This 2005 World Heritage PNC was a joint issue between for the UK from the Royal Australian Mint, Australia Post, The Royal Mint, and the Royal Mail with each contributing a coin or stamp to the project.
Unforeseen at the time of release, the limited release of 30,000 was destroyed in the UK... by hungry Australian collectors trying to secure the only Coat of Arms 50c released in 2005! This PNC was the ONLY place that coin was issued - it didn't go into circulation - and so collectors here simply HAD to have it.
